Account Manager / Technology Implementation Manager

Christin was hired in September of 2007, as our Technology Implementation Manager. She is responsible for the Company website and our web-based customer service programs. We believe that computer technology and the internet are very powerful tools in the insurance industry. Christin's knowledge can train our clients to utilize online resources available through our Company and insurance carriers.

With her strong communication skills and strive for excellence, she obtained her agent's license and also earned a position as an Account Manager. Her attention to detail on group renewals, enrolling, billing and claims issues, and overall client service drives her continuing success at the company.
