After relocating to the Mid-South area, Donna starting working in the employee benefit arena and has brought her experience and knowledge of the Mississippi insurance market to our office. Her responsibilities include the management of group accounts, submitting requests for proposals (RFP) to the carriers, client presentations, implementation of benefits packages and enrollment meetings, renewal preparation and recommendation of plan changes, and assisting clients with claims and billing issues.
