Steven A. Rodgers
Employee Benefits Specialist

As the founder and President of Insurance Consulting Group, Inc., Steve has 30 years of insurance experience in the area of employee benefits. He began his career with Prudential Insurance Company in 1979. Steve quickly moved into the corporate benefits arena as his specialty and passion. With the conception of Insurance Consulting Group in early 1986, incorporating in 1999, it has evolved into one of the largest benefits only firms in the city. In 1998, Strategic Financial Partners formed an affiliation with Insurance Consulting Group to provide benefit services throughout the agency system serving the tri-state area. Together, we provide a complete portfolio of services and products required by the diverse clients that we represent.

Steve has served on many carrier advisory committees, as well as been involved in the technological development and implementation platforms of several industry groups. He has a wife, Fran, of 30 years, two adopted children, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Eagle Projects International. Eagle Projects International is an interdenominational Christian ministry of evangelism, church planting, and various kinds of humanitarian assistance projects such as medical clinics, English camps, orphanages, and church training.
